In 2010 I will get up to date on my daughter's scrapbook. This resolution will be documented in my crafty-mama blog.
I will also lose weight and get healthy (you guessed it, my journey will be documented here!). My first set of goals is not based on pounds to lose. Over at SparkPeople (if you join, please use MRSKPL as your referrer!), my Fast Break goals are:
- Get 10 minutes of cardio exercise
- Drink 8 8oz cups of water
- Listen to a get-up-and-go song every day (I think the Wiggles count!)
