Getting back in the Wii of things.

My goal last week was to do one 10 minute Wii work out each work day. I figured I can take a much needed break and do something good for myself. The idea was to then build and add 5 minutes once I got in a routine...Well I did two workouts last week. They were both over 10 minutes.

Baby steps, baby steps!

Oh! Hubby has also changed from a Venti to a grande Starbucks, sugar free, fat free, no whip! Yeah! I'm so proud of him! Small changes are sustainable changes!
