Pedometer malfunction

Google maps shows safeway as. 7 miles away. Pedeometer measured 700ish steps round trip including shopping (.25 miles). Sooo irritating! It was $20. I paid extra for better clip, which is still falling off, and different modes like steps, distance & pulse.

I dont always get it right....

Im still working on the water thing. I got a couple of containers from BB&B to help with that. I'm not at 8/day yet but I am drinking more water than before.

I got a pedometer from work but it fell off. Now I have a new one that clips on & put the tether on it.

This morning I was faced with the choice between light maple flavored syrup & "the good stuff." 200 calories or 40? I chose 40. I didnt even look at the real mapke syrup in the cupboard. I know it isnt much, but Im celebrating every small victory these days.
